Privacy Policy

Crowned Hustlers Fitness Consulting is run by Christopher Hurst ("Coach Crowned," "I," "me") in Arizona. This policy explains what information I collect through crownedhavoc.com, my welcome page, my coaching, and my store, and how I use and protect it. Questions? What I collect

Contact details: your name, phone number, email, and state.
Health screening answers: symptoms, diagnoses, medications, injuries, and whether you need a doctor's OK before starting.
Body measurements and progress: weight, height, waist, hips, and the Crowned Composite numbers calculated from them, plus your daily check-ins.
What you tell me: your goals, your "why," and anything you share by text, email, or on our intake call.
Intake call recordings: only if you say yes. Recordings and transcripts are used to build your plan and deleted within 30 days.
Payment details: handled by Stripe (coaching) and Squarespace's checkout (store). I never see or store your full card number.
Website data: Squarespace collects standard visitor information (like pages viewed and device type) through cookies. Your browser lets you limit or block cookies.
Newsletter: your email, if you join "Enter the Inner Circle." Every email has an unsubscribe link.

How I use it

To screen for safety, build your plans, and coach you.
To bill your membership, deliver your purchases, and handle cancellations.
To text or email you about your coaching. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
To improve my programs, using only information that doesn't identify you.

I never sell your information.

Who else handles it

I use a small set of trusted services to run the business. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

Squarespace: website, store, and newsletter.
Stripe: membership billing.
Google: delivering and storing your welcome packet (Google Forms, Sheets, and Gmail).
Anthropic (Claude): the welcome page and my coaching tools, including AI help organizing intake notes and building plans.
Your phone carrier, and WhatsApp if you choose it: delivering messages.

I share your information with anyone else only with your written permission (for example, with your doctor) or when the law requires it.

Health information

Crowned Hustlers is fitness and lifestyle coaching, not a healthcare provider, so your information isn't a medical record. I still treat it with the same care: it's used only to coach you safely, and it's never shared without your permission unless the law requires it.

Photos and results

I share progress photos or results only with your permission, and only the way you choose: with your name, without your name or face, or not at all.

How long I keep it

I keep your coaching records while you're a client and for up to 3 years after, then delete them. Call recordings are deleted within 30 days. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing crownedhavoc@proton.me. You can manage or cancel your membership yourself at billing.stripe.com/p/login/28E5kC1FfehT2ZX32V6Vq00.

Security

Your information is stored with the services above, behind password-protected accounts, with two-step verification where available. No system is perfect, but I limit who can see your information to me.

Age

Coaching and the store are for adults 18 and over. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, current clients will hear about it by text or email.
