What is Crowned Hustlers coaching?

Online fitness and nutrition coaching for men. Every morning you get a game plan on your phone: your lift and the weight on the bar, your cardio, your macros, a Monday scoreboard, and a seat in the Crowned Brotherhood. It's the Foundations Guide, applied to you every day.

Who is it for?

It's built for men 38–54 who are prediabetic or heading there, especially guys with full work weeks who don't have time to figure it all out alone.

How much does it cost?

Your first week is free. After that it's $50 a month. Cancel anytime.

How does it work day to day?

Each morning you text in your weigh-in and whether you're training that day, plus your waist measurement once a week. You get back that day's plan. Most weeks are five training days and two rest days.

Is this medical care?

No. This is fitness and lifestyle coaching, not medical care. New clients fill out a health screening first, and if anything comes up, we'll ask you to get your doctor's OK before you start. Keep working with your doctor on your blood sugar and any medications.

Is coaching in person?

No. Coaching is 100% online, so it fits around your work schedule.

Foundations Guide

What is the Foundations Guide?

Foundations Guide — The Crowned Composite is the step-by-step guide behind the coaching. It shows you how to check your own numbers (waist-to-height ratio, waist-to-hip ratio and a body fat estimate) and how to build training, nutrition and recovery habits around the Four Gates.

Is it a physical book?

No. It's a digital download. Right after checkout, your download link shows up on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

I didn't get my download. What do I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email crownedhavoc@proton.me with your order number and we'll get it to you.

Do you recommend supplements?
